All ready made orders (one of a kind) ship within 2-4 business days with USPS First Class tracking that has a transit time of 2-5 days depending on your location. If you need it sooner please message me and we can discuss your options.  ​All made to order items will ship within 7 business days with USPS First Class tracking that has a transit time of 2-5 days depending on your location

All custom orders require special time to create and may require special shipping allowances that will be noted with each placed order.

International buyers are responsible for any custom or duty fees that may apply. Seller is not responsible for any delays due to the international customs process.

Due the specialized nature of custom orders I do not accept returns on these items.

Please contact me right away if you have any issue with your order, since I want you to be completely satisfied with your new piece of jewelry. I handle returns on a case by case basis and if we decide that a return is needed all items must be returned within 14 days. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and returning the item in its original condition.
